This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations, refunds, and chargebacks for purchases made on Vibe Video (https://vibevideo.org/). This policy is part of our agreement with you, along with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

By making a purchase on Vibe Video, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Refund Policy.


1. Subscription Plans

1.1 Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to your subscription benefits until that date.
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused time remaining in the current billing period.

1.2 Automatic Renewal

  • All subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • It is your responsibility to cancel before the renewal date if you do not wish to be charged for the next billing period.
  • If you forget to cancel and are charged for a renewal, you may request a refund within 3 days of the renewal charge, provided you have not used any credits from the new billing period.

2. Credit Packages (One-Time Purchases)

2.1 Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds for one-time credit package purchases based on the following criteria:

2.2 Refund Request Deadline

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date.
  • Purchases made more than 30 days ago are not eligible for any refund, regardless of usage.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Visit our Contact page.
  2. Include the following information in your message:
    • Your account email address
    • Date of purchase
    • Order or transaction ID (if available)
    • Reason for the refund request
  3. Our support team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.
  4. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:

  • Policy violations: Accounts that have been suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service (including but not limited to generating prohibited content involving minors, celebrities, or other illegal content).
  • Chargebacks without prior contact: If you file a chargeback or dispute with your bank or credit card company without first contacting our support team to resolve the issue.
  • Expired refund window: Purchases made more than 30 days ago.
  • Substantially consumed credits: Purchases where more than 80% of credits have been used.
  • Free credits or promotional credits: Credits obtained through promotions, bonuses, or free trial offers are non-refundable.

5. Chargebacks and Disputes

5.1 Contact Us First

We strongly encourage you to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving billing issues fairly and promptly.

5.2 Chargeback Policy

  • Unauthorized chargebacks (filed without first contacting us) may result in immediate account suspension.
  • We reserve the right to dispute fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks.
  • If a chargeback is filed and later reversed in our favor, your account may be reinstated at our discretion. However, any credits or subscription benefits consumed during the dispute period will not be restored.

5.3 Billing Descriptor

Charges from Vibe Video may appear on your bank or credit card statement under the billing descriptor associated with our payment processor. If you do not recognize a charge, please contact us at https://vibevideo.org/contact before disputing the charge with your bank.


6. Service Outages and Technical Issues

6.1 Failed Generations

If an AI generation fails due to a technical error on our end (not due to prohibited content filtering), the credits consumed by the failed generation will be automatically refunded to your account.

6.2 Extended Service Outages

In the event of an extended service outage (more than 24 consecutive hours), subscription users may be eligible for a pro-rata credit extension. Please contact our support team for assistance.


7. Changes to This Refund Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. When we make changes:

  • We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
  • Significant changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
  • Changes will not apply retroactively to purchases made before the effective date of the updated policy.
