Vibe Video takes all complaints and content removal requests seriously. We maintain strict policies to prevent the creation and distribution of illegal, non-consensual, or otherwise prohibited content on our platform.
In accordance with card brand regulations (Visa, Mastercard) and applicable laws, we have established the following procedures to ensure that complaints are handled promptly, fairly, and transparently.
What You Can Report
Illegal Content
Any content that violates applicable laws, including but not limited to content involving minors, non-consensual imagery, or content that promotes illegal activities.
Non-Consensual Content
Content depicting any individual without their explicit consent, including AI-generated content using a person's likeness, name, or identifying features.
Copyright / DMCA Infringement
Content that infringes on your intellectual property rights. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and will process valid takedown notices.
Content Removal Request
If you appear in content generated through our platform and wish to have it removed, you have the right to request its removal regardless of who created it.

Submit Your Complaint
Complete the complaint form below with as much detail as possible. Include the content URL (if available), a description of the issue, and your contact information for follow-up.

Acknowledgment (Within 24 Hours)
You will receive an acknowledgment of your complaint via email within 24 hours of submission, confirming that your report has been received and is under review.

Investigation (1–2 Business Days)
Our compliance team will investigate the reported content. This may include reviewing the content, the creator's account, and any associated metadata.

Action & Resolution
Based on our investigation, we will take appropriate action, which may include: immediate content removal, account suspension or termination, reporting to law enforcement (for illegal content), and notification to relevant parties.

Notification (Within 2 Business Days)
You will be notified of the outcome of your complaint and any actions taken. If your complaint is not upheld, we will provide a clear explanation.
Emergency: Content Involving Minors
If you encounter any content that appears to involve minors, please report it immediately using the form below. We operate a zero-tolerance policy for such content. Reports of this nature are treated with the highest priority and will be escalated to law enforcement authorities as required by law. The associated account will be immediately and permanently terminated.
Appeal Process
If your content has been removed and you believe the removal was made in error, you may submit an appeal through the same form below. Select "Other" as the complaint type and clearly state that you are filing an appeal. Include the original content details and your reasoning for the appeal. Appeals are reviewed within 5 business days.
